Accessibility FAQs

What Access Facilities Do You Have?

We have a chair lift that can carry a guest from the ground floor up to the first floor to the first level of dining, entrance to the theatre and an accessible toilet. With regards to the chair lift, the user would have to transfer from their wheelchair onto the chair lift and then back into the wheelchair at the top. One of our helpful staff can carry the wheelchair up the stairs for the customer. Should you require the use of the stair lift, please let a member of staff know on arrival. A member of staff will need to accompany you when using the stairlift to go up and down.

Please note that our building does have some uneven floors and low ceilings. If you require a disabled parking spot, we can organise this in advance with our car parking team through the Box Office.

Please let us know when booking if you require the lower level of our restaurant.

There is step free access into the Waterwheel Bar through the door to the right of the main entrance.  There is also an accessible toilet on this ground level.

Do You Offer Listening Devices?

Yes, we have a hearing loop system. Please let Box Office know at the time of booking as there are optimum seats where this system works best.
